  • How do you prepare or finish your canvas?

    All of our prints are "gallery wrapped" meaning that the canvas wraps around the side of the image and is then secured to the back of a frame. This also means that the image wraps around the sides to make a very nice presentation.

  • Will you scan a photo for me?

    Yes, no problem, we're happy to do this for free.

    You will proceed to our order page, where you will select your order specifications (size, qty, extras). Once we receive your order, we will have a prepaid self addressed envelope mailed to you. Once you receive the envelope you will insert your photographs and send it back to our studio. We will then create a digital hi-resolution scan which we will use to full-fill your order. Your photographs will be returned to you along with your order. We suggest you do not send any expensive or irreplaceable items. As always, we will do our best to get it back to you unharmed but can't guarantee that.

  • What file size/format do you need?

    A JPEG in 300dpi is preferred. If you're not sure just email it to customerservice@marcofinearts.com and we'll get right back to you with comments or suggestions.

  • Is there anything you won't print?

    No!!! We'll actually that's not true unfortunately. We can't print any copyrighted material or anything that may be offensive to our employees. We're a pretty open bunch but nudity doesn't work well. If in doubt email to customerservice@marcofinearts.com and we'll give you or confidential opinion.

  • Can you print images from professional photographers?

    Not to make this complicated the answer is yes and no. Yes we can print them if you get a release from the photographer. The copyright laws give photographers exclusive rights to reproduce their work even if it's of you. You'll need to get their permission to reproduce them. We'll ask you during your check out process to certify that this was done.

  • What's your return policy?

    No questions asked, if you're not happy with it let us know. We'll ship you a replacement as quickly as we can reprint it. Again, customerservice@marcofinearts.com is the place to go.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Production takes approximately 7-10 business days. Shipping should take no more than 5 business days. Currently all products are shipped FedEx ground. For local orders, you also have the option to pick-up. In which case you will be notified by a customer service representative as soon as your order is completed.

  • What is the best way to set-up my camera?

    It is always best to refer to the manual that came with your camera to achieve the highest quality, as every camera is different. We do have some suggestions though, click here to view our resolution suggestions!
