Marco Fine Arts – Warranty & Return Policy
At Marco Fine Arts, we create every piece with care and stand behind our craftsmanship.
Our One (1) Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
• Structural or material defects in prints, frames, or mounting
• Production errors such as incorrect size, substrate, or severe print flaws
What’s Not Covered
• Minor color, tone or texture variations
• Damage from misuse, incorrect hanging/cleaning, or environmental exposure (sunlight, humidity, temperature)
• Issues related to your provided files or design choices
• Claims older than 12 months from delivery
If a covered issue arises, we’ll repair, replace or remake your artwork at no cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement isn’t feasible.
Shipping Damage Protection
We ship from California and Texas using industry-standard packaging. If your shipment arrives damaged:
1. Notify us within 10 days of delivery.
2. Send clear photos of the damaged item, inner and outer packaging, and shipping label.
3. Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
We’ll review the photos, confirm the issue, and ship a replacement promptly.
Returns & Custom Products
Because our products are custom-made, they are final sale, except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Any returns require a prior RMA from our Customer Service team.
Limited Liability
Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the affected item. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages such as missed deadlines or lost income.
How to File a Claim
Email us at CS@marcofinearts.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Required photos (as listed in “Shipping Damage Protection”)Please do not return any item without obtaining our authorization first.
We aim to review and respond within 5 business days.
Full terms are available on our website and will be included with your invoice at checkout.
